PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has cautioned farmers against selling their produce to “briefcase buyers” with unfair prices. The Head of State says farmers must protect their harvest for national food security and reserve the surplus for export to earn the much needed foreign exchange. In a statement issued by State House Chief Communications Specialist Clayson Hamasaka, President Hichilema urged farmers to take additional precautions to secure their harvests.
