ACTING Auditor General Dr Ron Mwambwa has urged the Constitutional Court to dismiss with costs the matter in which the Law Association of Zambia (LAZ) is challenging his continued occupation of his office despite being above the prescribed retirement age. In this matter, LAZ petitioned the Constitutional Court, challenging Dr Mwambwa’s continued occupation of office of the Auditor General despite being above the prescribed retirement age.
