THE South African Supreme Court of Appeal has reserved judgment in the matter involving former president Edgar Lungu’s burial impasse. Meanwhile, Lungu’s family lawyer, Thembeka Ngcukaitobi, has urged the court to overturn the High Court principle and order that the government has no right to override the wishes of a widow in relation to the burial of her husband.
