BRIAN Mundubile says it is unnecessary for the UPND to come up with a new manifesto when the party has failed to fulfil some of the campaign promises made in 2021. Mundubile claims the UPND has only implemented about 15 percent of what it promised in the 2021 manifesto. On Thursday, President Hakainde Hichilema launched the 2026 UPND manifesto, which highlights that the UPND will ease the cost of living for families, create more jobs and expand energy, infrastructure and connectivity in the next five years.
