POLICE in Muchinga Province have formally charged and arrested former Muchinga minister Malozo Sichone for Seditious Practices and Incitement to Hatred or Violence During Electoral Campaigns. Muchinga Province Commanding Officer Kenneth Kangombe says the suspect has since been released on police bond and will appear in court soon. On Sunday, the Zambia police detained former Muchinga province minister Malozo Sichone.
