PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has directed security wings to ensure that culprits involved in the murder of two individuals during the ongoing campaigns face the law. Yesterday, police revealed that a UPND supporter, Humphrey Lwisha, was allegedly murdered during a clash with NRPUP members in Kaputa District, Northern Province. The police further said they are also investigating a murder case in which Stanley Sakala, a driver of Magoye East independent candidate Confucius Mweene, was allegedly murdered at a campaign camp.
