SOUTHERN Africa Cross Border Traders Association (SACBTA) says cross-border traders posted a positive performance in the first quarter due to a stable kwacha. In an interview, Friday, Association Secretary General Jacob Makambwe said the stability of the kwacha had cushioned cross-border traders despite Ebola-related restrictions in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
