STATE House Chief Communications Specialist Clayson Hamasaka says President Hakainde Hichilema will fulfill all his campaign promises by 2031. Hamasaka says government’s focus is to grow the economy and create more jobs, as the UPND government has shown citizens what it is capable of achieving economically.
