POLICE in Mpongwe have arrested a 29-year-old man, after being found in possession of forged FISP receipts, leading to the recovery of 216 bags of fertiliser worth K226,800. Copperbelt Division Police Commissioner Rae Hamoonga says the suspect, identified as Chilando Kahokola, was arrested in connection with forgery, uttering a false document and theft involving FISP fertiliser.
