POLICE say adequate security personnel has been deployed at strategic locations ahead of President-elect Hakainde Hichilema’s inauguration today. President-elect Hakainde Hichilema and Vice-President-elect Mutale Nalumango’s swearing-in ceremony is being held at the National Heroes Stadium in Lusaka. Police Public Relations Officer Godfrey Chilabi said in a statement Monday, that the presence of police officers is not intended to intimidate members of the public, but to ensure maximum safety and security before, during and after the ceremony.
