PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema will today be sworn-in for his second and final term at Heroes Stadium in Lusaka, following a landslide victory in the August 13 general elections. He will be sworn in alongside Vice-President Mutale Nalumango, his running mate in the polls. Chief Justice Dr Mumba Malila will have the rare honour of administering the Oath of Office to President-elect Hichilema, and the Oaths of Allegiance and Office to Vice-President-elect Nalumango.
