THE Bemba Royal Establishment has cancelled this year’s Usesefya Pa Ng’wena traditional ceremony, citing the prevailing “mood” in UluBemba as not being conducive for festivities. The cancellation of the traditional ceremony, which was scheduled to be held from September 17 to 19, was decided during Icila ce Lamfya.
