THE Lusaka High Court has ordered that accused murder suspect Mary Kashilika undergoes a medical examination, to ascertain her state of mind at the time she committed the alleged offence before she can take plea. Kashilika, 26, is accused of killing her husband’s two young children aged six and two years, on February 25, 2026, by allegedly throwing them into the Ngwerere River near Meanwood Kwamwena in Lusaka.
