THE Poultry Association of Zambia (PAZ) says Zambia is expected to produce about 105 million broilers in 2026, compared to 97 million in 2025, representing a 7.4 percent increase. The Association says the anticipated growth will be supported by the maize and soybean bumper harvest, a stronger kwacha, improved electricity supply and increased consumption of chicken products.
