DIRECTOR of Public Prosecutions Gilbert Phiri has asked the Economic and Financial Crimes Court (EFCC) to dismiss an application by former Mines minister Richard Musukwa, seeking protection against the State’s move to seize his assets. The State is currently pursuing a non-conviction-based asset forfeiture case involving properties valued at over K100 million linked to Musukwa.
