OLYMPIC bronze medallist Muzala Samukonga has launched a scathing attack on the Zambia Athletics Association administration, accusing it of not adequately providing for athletes. The 400m former Commonwealth and African champion has wondered how athletes are supposed to keep delivering at the highest level when necessary preparations have not been facilitated adequately.
