CHIEF Justice Dr Mumba Malila says the introduction of the Electronic Case Management System (eCMS) will help eliminate missing court files and unnecessary delays in the delivery of justice. Dr Malila says the system will transform the operations of the Judiciary by improving transparency, speeding up court processes and making justice more accessible to citizens. Speaking when he officiated at the Electronic Case Management System Training of Trainers and User Acceptance Testing Workshop, Monday, Dr Malila said the Judiciary was moving away from paper-based processes that had contributed to delays in disposing of cases.
