PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has urged members of the public who own large parcels of land to put it to productive use as opposed to only using it as a residence. Speaking when he officiated at the 95th Agriculture and Commercial Show, Saturday, President Hichilema noted that most people in high offices only use their land as residencies, an act he described as bad behaviour. “You will be delighted to know that your government is conscious of farming, being aware of the importance of farming.
