THE Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ) has disclosed that it has suspended the practicing licence for Stalwart Investments, the contractor of Chanda Mall in Makeni that collapsed whilst under construction. Last month, one person died while three others sustained injuries and were rushed to hospital after a two storey building they were constructing in Lusaka’s Makeni area collapsed on them. In a statement, Monday, EIZ Registrar and Chief Executive Officer Eng.
