THE Oil Marketing Companies Association of Zambia (OMCAZ) has endorsed the Zambian Civil Liberties Union’s decision to lodge a complaint against Energy Minister Peter Kapala with Chief Justice Mumba Malila for alleged abuse of office and his powers.
