THE annual inflation rate for April 2024 has increased to 13.8 percent from the 13.7 percent recorded in March 2024. During a media briefing, Thursday, Zambia Statistics Agency (ZamStats) Statistician General Mulenga Musepa attributed the increase to price movements of selected food items. “Annual inflation for April 2024 increased to 13.8 percent from 13.7 percent recorded in March, 2024.
