FORMER Oil Marketing Companies Association of Zambia (OMCAZ) president Dr Kafula Mubanga says government should suspend any oil marketing company found hoarding fuel stock, stating that it is unpatriotic and against the law. Dr Mubanga adds that the 29-day and 20-day stock covers for diesel and petrol, respectively, are enough to provide full sustainability to the country given the de-escalation of the war in Iran.
