ECONOMIST Professor Lubinda Haabazoka has projected that Zambia’s economy will average a six percent growth rate in the UPND’s second term. He adds that going forward, the UPND government should maintain fiscal discipline and prioritize infrastructure development to match the demands of the growing population.
