ZAMTEL has submitted to the Lusaka High Court that Bowman Lusambo used his position as provincial minister then to “bulldoze” his way into taking possession of its Ndola house without signing a lease agreement. The company argues that this attitude continued throughout Lusambo’s tenure of tenancy, stating that at one point, he opted to use the official headed paper from the office of the President to communicate in a private personal matter. Meanwhile, ZAMTEL has told the court that it did not enter into informal arrangements (oral agreements) as alleged by Lusambo.
