THE matter in which Ndozo lodge proprietor Chrint Sichamba is jointly charged with his wife and son could not take off yesterday due to the couple’s absence. A defence lawyer informed the court that his clients were not before court as Sichamba had a seizure and needed to be taken to the hospital for a review. Meanwhile, Lusaka businessman Harry Findlay has asked the court to release his passport to enable him to seek medical attention for his heart condition abroad. In the first matter, Sichamba, his wife Eudora Nambela and son, David, are facing corruption charges involving over K781 million and more than $10 million.
