THE Lusaka High Court has ordered that one of the alleged abductors of Pamela Chisumpa and 12 others, James Bwalya, should be put on three weeks’ bed rest before he goes for another review on May 29. Lusaka High Court Judge Charles Kafunda made the order following the recommendation of Dr Brian Sonkwe, a Consultant Orthopaedic and Spine Surgeon at the University Teaching Hospital. According to a medical report, Dr Sonkwe recommended three weeks’ strict bed rest for the accused due to his injury, beginning May 4. “The injury is now 6 weeks old.
