THE state has told the High Court that an Islamic woman who accused police of removing her hijab whilst in detention does not comply with the Islamic beliefs, as per her social media profile. Priscilla Mukosa, a Zambia Police Officer under the Ministry of Home Affairs and Internal Security has told the court that Rizicky Fatacky’s hair is exposed on a public platform.
