LUSAKA High Court Judge Kelvin Limbani has dismissed an application for a writ of habeas corpus filed by businessman Harry Findlay, who was challenging his detention. Earlier, Findlay who had been charged with prohibition against financing terrorism under the Anti-Terrorism and Non-Proliferation Act, filed for habeas corpus following his detention since August 4, 2026.
