TONSE Pamodzi Alliance Secretary General Celestine Mukandila has appeared before the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court, where he is facing charges of forgery and uttering false documents. Mukandila, 36, a lawyer, is expected to take plea in the matter today. In this matter, Mukandila is charged with four counts of uttering false documents and forgery.
