FAZ has explained that renovation works have not been completed at the Independence Stadium in Solwezi. The FA says the stadium has however been reopened to give relief to top-flight clubs that use it as their home ground. Due to renovations at Independence Stadium, top-flight teams using the Solwezi venue had to travel to Chingola for their home games.
