The Judicial Complaints Commission (JCC) has found High Court judge Sunday Nkonde with a case to answer relating to professional misconduct and has recommended that he be suspended in order to pave way for investigations into his handling of The Post Newspaper liquidation.
An official at the Judiciary told News Diggers! that the JCC has since written to President Edgar Lungu, who – according to the Constitution – is obliged to suspend judge Nkonde to allow the JCC to conclude it’s investigation of him.
