Vice president Inonge Wina says agriculture inputs for the 2018/2019 farming season are ready for distribution in the North Western Province of Zambia.

Wina announced this upon her arrival at the Solwezi Airport, Monday, where she went on a two day visit to inspect a number of developmental projects as well as to meet with the residents.

And senior Chief Kasempa of the Kaonde people of North Western Province has commended the Patriotic Front Government for looking into the plight of the vulnerable in the area by availing Social Cash Transfer to 3,408 people.

And chief Kasempa also commended government for installing 23 solar hammer mills in the province.

He was speaking when the Vice President paid a courtesy call on him.

Meanwhile chief Kasempa appealed to government to complete the construction of a district hospital, and tarring the Kasempa-Mumbwa Road among other uncompleted projects.

Wina is scheduled to have meetings in Kasempa, Zambezi and Solwezi and later scheduled to travel to Western Province.
