THE Prisons Care and Counselling Association (PRISCCA) has demanded that all political parties are accorded equal space to convey their campaign messages to inmates ahead of the August polls. In an interview, PRISCCA executive director Dr Godfrey Malembeka said the inmates deserved to hear from all political parties so that their democratic right would be substantial.
