SPECIAL Assistant to the President for Press and Public Relations Isaac Chipampe says President Edgar Lungu was not joking when he made an announcement to constitute a Commission of Inquiry into the privatisation process. Chipampe says a lot of things went wrong during the privatisation and it was of concern to the Head of State that some people who participated in the process were running for president. The Patriotic Front has been accusing opposition UPND leader Hakainde Hichilema of dubiously benefiting from the privatisation process, where he served as a consultant. But Hichilema has dared the ruling party to immediately constitute the Commission of Inquiry, saying he would be more than glad to explain what transpired about 20 years ago....
