UNAIDS Executive Director Winnie Byanyima says 1.3 million people in Zambia are living with HIV, out of which 1.1 million are on treatment, further disclosing that most people getting newly infected are girls and young women. And Byanyima said there is need to reach out to sex workers to offer them HIV protection tools in order to protect them and the people they get in contact with.
