FORMER Lands and Natural Resources minister Jean Kapata has been summoned to appear before the Joint Investigations Team (JIT) on July 6 for questioning. In an interview, JIT spokesperson Rae Hamoonga said details about why she has been summoned could only be revealed after conclusion of interviews. “I can confirm that Jean Kapata has been summoned to appear before the Joint Investigations Team on the 6th of July at 14:00 hours. When somebody has been summoned to the police, it means they are going for interviews.
