PRESIDENTIAL Spokesperson Anthony Bwalya says President Hakainde Hichilema will not be distracted by unnecessary comments from the opposition who intend to cover up for their lack of ideas and leadership. Last Thursday, President Hichilema honoured and conferred the Order of the Eagle of Zambia, 1st Division, on three former African Heads of State for their contributions in the promotion and advancement of democracy. Those honoured include former Nigerian president Olusegun Obasanjo, former president of Sierra Leone Ernest Bai Koroma and Liberia’s former president Ellen Sirleaf Johnson.
