POLICE in Lusaka have arrested former PF cadre Maxwell Chongu and his wife Rozyna Mumba, both directors of Greenside Suppliers and Investments Limited, for undertaking construction works without a valid NCC certificate. Police have also seized a house valued at K1,850,000 and a Mercedes Benz truck belonging to the two. In a statement, Monday, deputy police public relations officer Danny Mwale said in May 2019, the duo secured a sub-contract with AFCONS Infrastructure Limited under the Lusaka City Decongestion Project and executed the works without a valid National Council for Construction certificate.
