COMMERCE, Trade and Industry Minister Chipoka Mulenga has accused opposition party leaders of trying to alienate the Zambian government from other countries like China. Speaking when he featured on ZNBC’s Sunday interview, Mulenga, who was referring to the recent debates about Zambia’s relations with USA and China, censured the opposition against drawing other countries into internal squabbles. “I need to say something to the public outside there, especially the opposition political leaders, we can have our differences as Zambian politicians and we should limit our differences to ourselves, rather than drawing other countries in the internal squabbles we have, trying to alienate the government from other countries is mischievous, is immoral.
