THE Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA) says it apprehended 87 motorists for drunk driving during New Year’s eve across the country, with Livingstone and Kitwe recording the highest numbers. During the Christmas period, RTSA apprehended 43 motorists for driving under the influence of alcohol in different parts of the country, with Livingstone and Choma recording the highest number.
