CHIEF Government Spokesperson Chushi Kasanda says President Hakainde Hichilema and the UPND administration want to maintain a lean but effective Cabinet. Responding to Citizens First president Harry Kalaba’s call for President Hichilema to appoint a minister in charge of disasters, Kasanda insisted that the new dawn administration wanted to keep a lean Cabinet.
