FORMER Law Association of Zambia (LAZ) president Abyudi Shonga has described the process of reforming the Public Order Act (POA) as timely and monumental for the country’s democracy. Shonga, a member of the technical committee which led the process of POA review, says the Act has been a thorn in the flesh of many citizens for several years.
