EMERITUS Archbishop Telesphore Mpundu says the UPND administration should listen to people’s complaints and needs as opposed to telling them what it thinks they should eat or use. Vice-President Mutale Nalumango recently encouraged farmers to use cow dung for their crops where it is available.
