DEFENCE Minister Ambrose Lufuma says the new dawn government has not bought another presidential helicopter. Social media has been awash with claims that government has bought a new helicopter, Agusta AB 9J-ten, for President Hakainde Hichilema at a cost of between US$15 million and US$25 million, making it the second presidential helicopter with the other one being an Agusta AWB 9J-Zam executive helicopter.
