LUSAKA Lawyer Charles Changano says the President’s call for corruption court cases to be concluded within 90 days is not feasible, arguing that it’s tantamount to dictating to the Judiciary. And Transparency International Zambia (TI-Z) executive director Maurice Nyambe says President Hakainde Hichilema should be careful so as not to appear as if he is giving directives to the Judiciary.
