MINISTRY of Health Permanent Secretary Professor Lackson Kasonka says his ministry is implementing stringent measures against the “dirty” system it found there. On Wednesday, President Hakainde Hichilema lamented that health is one of the sectors giving his administration some headaches because of corruption. And Transparency International Zambia (TI-Z) hoped that the President’s revelations about corruption in the health sector would attract action from law enforcement agencies.
