LANDS and Natural Resources Minister Elijah Muchima says government will cancel title deeds for land that was dubiously converted to state land. During a meeting with the House of Chiefs a fortnight ago, President Hakainde Hichilema said his government will not encourage land to be changed from customary tenure to state land without the due process of the law.
