HOME Affairs and Internal Security Minister Jack Mwiimbu says police have summoned UPND Copperbelt youth vice chairperson Kangwa Kamando in view of the viral video of him issuing threats against anyone found wearing PF regalia in the province. And Mwiimbu has disclosed that five suspects have been arrested following the clash between PF and UPND youths in Kitwe on National youth day.
