THE Electoral Commission of Zambia has assured that the three ward by-elections taking place today in Chililabombwe, Lupososhi and Serenje Districts will be free and fair. The commission says it’s ready to conduct the by-elections in Chitimukulu, Katilye and Muchinda Wards and has further called on registered voters in the three wards to turn up and exercise their right to vote.
