CHAWAMA PF member of parliament Tasila Lungu has expressed concern about the “unnecessary” arrests of lawmakers on what she has described as frivolous charges. And Leader of the Opposition in Parliament Brian Mundubile says members of parliament will start contempt proceedings against police officers who have continued to arrest their colleagues.
